1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JazGo website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Fasl Educational Service, CR Number 191122-1, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain ("JazGo", "we", "us", or "our").

JazGo provides digital travel connectivity services that allow customers to purchase and use eSIM-based connectivity plans in supported destinations worldwide.

By accessing or using the Services, creating a JazGo account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

These Terms should be read together with the following JazGo policies, which form part of the JazGo legal framework:

2. Eligibility

You may use JazGo only if you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may use JazGo only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

By using JazGo, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Your JazGo Account

Certain features of JazGo require you to create an account.

JazGo may provide account access through supported authentication services, including Apple and Google sign-in.

4. JazGo Services

JazGo provides digital travel connectivity services through eSIM technology and related services.

The availability of particular products, destinations, networks, features and services may vary over time and by location.

JazGo may work with telecommunications operators, eSIM technology providers, payment providers and other third-party service providers to provide the Services.

Specific information about purchasing and using JazGo eSIMs is provided in our Purchase Terms.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain parts of the Services may depend on third-party services and infrastructure.

These may include telecommunications networks, eSIM provisioning platforms, payment providers, authentication services, cloud infrastructure and communication services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

JazGo does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee the availability or performance of third-party infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and convenient travel connectivity service.

However, we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Availability may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, network congestion, maintenance, infrastructure failures, natural events, government restrictions or other circumstances affecting third-party networks or systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

JazGo and its licensors own or have the necessary rights to use the intellectual property contained in the Services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must use JazGo lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use the Services in a way that violates these Terms, applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Acceptable Use Policy contains the detailed rules concerning prohibited and abusive use of JazGo.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JazGo where reasonably necessary, including where:

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you through appropriate channels, such as the JazGo application, website or email, where appropriate or required by law.

The updated version will display a new Last Updated date.

Where applicable law requires your consent to a material change, we will obtain that consent before applying the change to the relevant relationship.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, disclosure, protection and retention of personal information is governed by the JazGo Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

13. Purchases and Payments

Purchases made through JazGo are subject to our Purchase Terms.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

These documents contain the detailed terms applicable to transactions and therefore should be reviewed before completing a purchase.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you.

If applicable law in your country or jurisdiction provides you with rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited by contract, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JazGo provides the Services on an availability basis and does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in every location.

JazGo's connectivity services may depend on telecommunications networks, internet infrastructure and other third-party systems that are outside our direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JazGo will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures or interruptions of third-party telecommunications networks or infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, except to the extent that mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights or protections available under the laws applicable to them.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful or enforceable where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and JazGo regarding your use of the Services.
