JazGo Purchase Terms
Last Updated: 20 August 2026
These Purchase Terms apply to all eSIM plans and related digital connectivity services purchased through the JazGo website, mobile application, or other official JazGo channels ("JazGo", "we", "us", or "our").
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable plan details and agree to these Purchase Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Purchasing a JazGo eSIM
JazGo provides digital eSIM connectivity services for travelers.
When you purchase an eSIM, you are purchasing the specific connectivity plan displayed to you before completing payment.
Depending on the plan, your purchase may include:
- A specific destination or group of destinations
- A specified data allowance
- A specified validity period
- Access to supported mobile networks
- A specified network technology or speed
- Hotspot/tethering availability
- SMS or voice services, where specifically stated
- Top-up availability, where applicable; and
- Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") conditions, where applicable.
The plan information displayed to you before purchase forms part of your purchase.
2. Plan Details
JazGo offers different plans with different data allowances, validity periods, destinations, network access, activation methods, and other conditions.
Before purchasing, you should review the applicable plan information, including:
- Destination
- Data allowance
- Validity
- Activation method
- Supported networks
- FUP restrictions, where applicable
- Hotspot availability
- Top-up availability; and
- Any other restrictions displayed with the plan.
Different plans may operate differently. The specific information shown for your selected plan takes precedence over general information about JazGo services.
3. Digital Delivery
JazGo eSIMs are digital products. No physical SIM card will be shipped.
After successful payment and processing, your eSIM may be delivered through the JazGo application, email, your JazGo account, QR code, direct installation, or manual installation details, depending on your device and the applicable plan.
You are responsible for keeping your eSIM installation information secure.
Do not intentionally share your QR code, activation code, or manual installation details with another person.
4. Device Compatibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that your device:
- Supports eSIM technology
- Is compatible with the applicable plan
- Is carrier-unlocked where required; and
- Supports the relevant network technology.
Compatibility may depend on the device model, regional model, operating system, carrier restrictions, and other technical factors.
We strongly recommend checking your device compatibility before completing your purchase.
5. Installation
You may install your eSIM before travelling where the applicable plan permits this.
We recommend installing your eSIM while connected to a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection before departure.
Installation and activation are not necessarily the same event.
The activation method depends on the individual plan.
6. Activation
Different JazGo plans may use different activation methods.
Depending on the plan, the validity period may begin:
- When the eSIM is installed; or
- When the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network.
The applicable activation method will be provided in the relevant plan information where available.
Customers should always check the activation information for their specific plan before installing the eSIM.
7. Unused Validity
Some eSIM plans include a period during which the eSIM can remain unused before becoming invalid.
Unused validity is plan-specific and is not a universal 24-hour period.
The applicable unused-validity period depends on the specific package purchased and may be displayed in the plan information.
Customers should install and activate their eSIM within the applicable period.
An eSIM becoming invalid because it was not activated within its applicable unused-validity period does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined under the JazGo Refund Policy.
8. Validity After Activation
Once an eSIM is activated according to its applicable activation method, its service validity begins according to the purchased plan.
For example, if a plan provides a specified number of days of service, the validity period will be calculated according to the activation rules applicable to that plan.
The exact activation trigger and validity period are determined by the individual plan.
9. Data Usage
The amount of mobile data available depends on the purchased plan.
Where supported, JazGo may display information about your data usage and remaining allowance within the application.
You are responsible for monitoring your data usage and remaining validity.
Data usage may also occur through background applications, automatic updates, cloud synchronization, video streaming, social media, and other services operating on your device.
10. Unlimited Plans and Fair Usage Policy
Some JazGo plans may be described as Unlimited.
Unlimited plans may be subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
Depending on the applicable plan, once the relevant high-speed allowance or usage threshold has been reached, the network may reduce connection speeds for the remainder of the applicable period.
The applicable FUP conditions and any relevant speed restrictions will be displayed with the plan where available.
Unlimited does not necessarily mean unlimited high-speed data without network-management restrictions.
11. Network Coverage and Availability
JazGo relies on third-party telecommunications infrastructure and network partners to provide connectivity.
Coverage and availability may therefore vary depending on:
- Location
- Network coverage
- Network congestion
- Local infrastructure
- Indoor or underground environments
- Device compatibility
- Network maintenance
- Local regulations; and
- Other circumstances outside JazGo's reasonable control.
A destination being listed as supported does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity in every location within that destination.
12. Network Speed
Network technology and connection speeds depend on the applicable plan, supported networks, device capabilities, location, network conditions, and any applicable FUP restrictions.
Actual speeds may vary.
JazGo does not guarantee a specific connection speed unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.
13. Calls and SMS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, JazGo eSIM plans are data-only services.
A data-only JazGo eSIM does not provide a traditional mobile phone number, voice calling, or SMS services.
You may keep your regular physical SIM active for calls and SMS, subject to your home mobile operator's service, roaming settings, and applicable charges.
Internet-based services such as WhatsApp may continue using your existing phone number while JazGo provides the mobile data connection.
14. Hotspot and Tethering
Hotspot and tethering availability depends on the applicable plan and network.
Where supported, you may use hotspot/tethering subject to the plan's applicable conditions and FUP.
JazGo does not guarantee hotspot functionality where the applicable plan or network does not support it.
15. Top-Ups
Some JazGo eSIMs may support additional data top-ups.
Where available, a top-up may provide additional data and, depending on the applicable top-up, additional validity.
Not every eSIM or plan supports top-ups.
Top-up availability, pricing, data allowance, and validity will be displayed where applicable.
16. Payment Processing
Payments for JazGo purchases are processed through our authorized payment service provider.
JazGo does not collect or store your full credit or debit card details when payment is processed through the payment provider.
Payment information is handled by the applicable payment service provider according to its own security, privacy, and processing practices.
Your purchase is considered successfully completed when payment has been successfully authorized and the eSIM order has been successfully processed.
17. Pricing and Currency
The price displayed at checkout is the applicable price presented to you for the selected plan at the time of purchase.
Prices may vary depending on:
- Destination
- Data allowance
- Validity
- Plan type
- Currency
- Promotions; and
- Other applicable factors.
JazGo may change prices for future purchases.
A future price change does not affect a purchase that has already been successfully completed.
18. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, referral codes, and other offers may have additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions may apply only to selected plans
- Promotional codes may have expiration dates
- Promotions may not be combined
- Promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash; and
- JazGo may modify or withdraw promotional offers for future purchases where permitted by applicable law.
The terms displayed with the relevant promotion will apply.
19. Incorrect Plan Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:
- Destination
- Data allowance
- Validity
- Plan type; and
- Other applicable plan characteristics.
If you accidentally purchase an incorrect plan, you should contact JazGo Support as soon as possible.
Any exchange, wallet credit, or refund will be considered according to the JazGo Refund Policy, the status of the eSIM, and the technical conditions applicable to the purchased plan.
20. Changes After Purchase
Once an eSIM has been issued, certain characteristics of the purchase may not be technically changeable.
This may include:
- Destination
- Data allowance
- Validity
- Network
- Plan type; or
- Other technical characteristics.
Where a change or exchange is possible, JazGo will determine the available options according to the applicable plan and Refund Policy.
21. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are governed by the separate JazGo Refund Policy.
Depending on the circumstances and eligibility, JazGo may offer one or more of the following options:
Option 1 — Exchange
Exchange the eligible purchase for another available eSIM plan.
Option 2 — JazGo Wallet Credit
Receive the eligible amount as credit in your JazGo Wallet.
Wallet credit may be available faster than a refund to the original payment method.
Option 3 — Original Payment Method
Receive an eligible refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times depend on the payment method and financial institution and may take several business days.
The availability of each option depends on the circumstances of the request and the applicable Refund Policy.
22. Unused eSIMs
An unused eSIM may be eligible for cancellation, exchange, wallet credit, or refund depending on the applicable plan and JazGo's Refund Policy.
However, unused does not automatically mean refundable in every circumstance.
Eligibility may depend on the eSIM's status, activation status, validity, plan conditions, and other relevant information.
23. Activated eSIMs
Once an eSIM has been activated or used, refund or exchange eligibility may be restricted.
Where an issue occurs after activation, JazGo may review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
This may include troubleshooting, replacement, exchange, wallet credit, or refund where applicable.
The final eligibility and available resolution are governed by the JazGo Refund Policy.
24. eSIM Deletion and Reinstallation
Customers should not delete an installed JazGo eSIM unless JazGo Support advises them to do so.
Reinstallation may depend on the eSIM's status, validity, remaining plan, device, and technical conditions.
Deleting an eSIM does not automatically cancel the underlying purchase or create a refund entitlement.
If you accidentally delete an eSIM, contact JazGo Support before attempting further changes.
25. Customer Responsibilities
Before purchasing, you are responsible for:
- Checking device compatibility
- Selecting the correct destination
- Selecting the appropriate plan
- Reviewing the data allowance
- Reviewing the validity period
- Reviewing the activation method
- Reviewing FUP restrictions where applicable
- Checking hotspot availability
- Reviewing top-up availability; and
- Reviewing other plan-specific conditions.
After purchase, you are responsible for following JazGo's installation and connection instructions.
26. Connectivity Problems
If your eSIM does not connect as expected, you should contact JazGo Support before deleting the eSIM or making changes that may affect its configuration.
Our support team may guide you through troubleshooting steps, including checking:
- eSIM installation
- Mobile data settings
- Data roaming settings
- Network selection
- Device compatibility
- APN settings where applicable; and
- Other connection settings.
Where appropriate, JazGo may provide a replacement, exchange, wallet credit, or refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
27. Third-Party Network Services
JazGo's connectivity service depends on telecommunications networks and other third-party infrastructure.
We will take reasonable steps to provide the service described in your purchase.
However, network outages, maintenance, coverage limitations, technical failures, government restrictions, or other circumstances affecting third-party infrastructure may impact service availability.
28. No Guarantee of Continuous Connectivity
JazGo does not guarantee that connectivity will be:
- Continuous
- Available in every location within a supported destination
- Available at all times
- Free from network congestion
- Available at a particular speed; or
- Free from interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
29. Applicable Policies
Your purchase is also subject to the following JazGo policies:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Refund Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
These documents should be read together.
Where a specific matter is addressed by a dedicated policy, that policy will apply to that matter.
30. Changes to Purchase Terms
JazGo may update these Purchase Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, plan offerings, legal requirements, or business practices.
The latest version will be made available through our website and application.
Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of a purchase already completed unless required by applicable law.
