This Acceptable Use Policy explains how JazGo eSIMs, applications, websites, and related services ("Services") may be used.
By using JazGo Services, you agree to use them lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Acceptable Use
JazGo Services are intended for legitimate personal and business connectivity, including:
- Internet browsing and email
- Messaging and social media
- Navigation and travel services
- Streaming and online services
- Remote work and education
- Online meetings
- Hotspot/data sharing where supported by the plan
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service and the country in which you are using it.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use JazGo Services to:
- Commit, facilitate, or promote illegal activities
- Commit fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or impersonation
- Access systems, accounts, networks, or devices without authorization
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious software
- Conduct hacking, network attacks, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized security testing
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or malicious messages
- Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or intentionally harm others
- Facilitate terrorism, violent extremist activities, human trafficking, or exploitation
- Unlawfully distribute copyrighted or other protected content
- Circumvent security, authentication, network, or service restrictions; or
- Use the Service in any manner that could materially disrupt or damage networks, systems, or other users.
3. eSIM and Account Security
Your eSIM QR code, activation information, manual installation details, and account credentials should be kept secure.
You must not:
- Share eSIM credentials for unauthorized use
- Attempt to duplicate or manipulate an eSIM
- Attempt to bypass activation or technical restrictions; or
- Resell JazGo connectivity without authorization.
If you believe your eSIM or account has been compromised, contact JazGo Support.
4. Hotspot and Data Sharing
Where supported, JazGo plans may allow hotspot/data sharing.
You must use this feature in accordance with the applicable plan and this Policy.
You must not use hotspot or data sharing to circumvent plan restrictions, resell connectivity, or conduct prohibited activities.
5. Resale and Commercial Use
JazGo Services are not intended for unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution.
You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially provide JazGo connectivity unless you have an authorized agreement with JazGo.
6. Local Laws and Regulations
JazGo is an international connectivity service, and laws differ between countries.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable local, national, and international laws.
JazGo does not authorize you to circumvent telecommunications regulations, internet restrictions, sanctions, or other legal requirements.
7. Security and Abuse Prevention
JazGo may use reasonable security measures to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, and violations of this Policy.
Where legally required, JazGo may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
Any disclosure of personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Violations
If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been violated, we may take appropriate action, including:
- Warning you
- Restricting or suspending the Service
- Suspending or terminating your account or eSIM
- Refusing further service where permitted by law; or
- Taking appropriate legal action.
We may take immediate action when necessary to protect customers, networks, systems, or the public.

10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply to you under applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
JazGo may update this Policy when necessary to reflect changes to our Services, technology, security practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
The latest version will be published on the JazGo website and, where appropriate, within the application.
